Are you hesitant to sew zippers? In this class we will carefully go over the zipper-sewing process step-by-step so that you can make your own lined zipper pouches with beautiful finishes! I have personally sewn hundreds of zipper pouches and follow specific steps to make them look professional every time. We will do practice runs before sewing an actual pouch using a nylon zipper and quilting cotton. We will also go over some ways to manipulate your fabric before you use it in your pouch. The class will be structured but you will also be able to sew at your own pace. These pouches make wonderful gifts and they're a great way to use up some small pieces of fabric in your stash! Materials and printed instructions will be provided.
