Bias Binder Foot, Husqvarna

When binding edges with 1/4" (6mm) Bias Binding, begin by cutting a 1" (24mm) wide bias strip of light weight fabric, or use narrow double fold Bias Binding. If doing a straight stitch set the length to 2.5, but for a zigzag or decorative stitch choose your desired length.

Directions: Snap on the Bias Binder. Cut the bias tape to a point and insert from the outside of the guide and into the slot of the same width, then pull it under the foot. The end to be bound needs to be put into the left side groove of the guide. When needed adjust needle postion or the postion of the binder guide. To adjust binder postion loosen the screw at the top of the foot and move the guide as needed.
