We will piece and quilt in the hoop. The piecing and quilting will be done block by block on an embroidery machine then joined with sashing.
This is a different way of creating an in-the-hoop project, but the end result is a beautiful, soft and quilted table runner. You will learn new techniques, have lots of fun and be amazed at how beautiful your project is. Additionally, it will look as good on the back as it does on the front.
There are so many variations you may not be able to stop at just one or two of these or maybe you will make a whole quilt using this technique.
For this class you will get the machine embroidery file with the construction instructions included. You will need to bring fabric, thread, batting, and an embroidery machine that has a hoop that will accommodate at least an 8” x 14” design
