Schmetz 130 N Topstitch Needles feature a very long eye (2mm in all sizes) that makes this needle excellent for various decorative sewing and embroidery when using heavy or multiple threads. This needle helps stitch flawlessly straight lines and even stitches. Using a straight stitch plate is beneficial if you expect perfectly straight topstitching results.

Most Schmetz Needles include two color-coded bands just below the shank. The top color indicates the type of needle, and the lower color indicates the size. The Schmetz Topstitch Needles have a light green top band. The bottom color bands on these needles will differ per size. Schmetz 130 N Topstitch Needles are available as a pack of five needles in a plastic case that slides shut for safe storage. The needle system, needle type, and needle size are printed on the front of the case.
