 Sewing Machine and Serger Service

We service all makes and models of sewing machines and sergers. We are a authorized dealer for Baby Lock and Bernina and can do warranty or out of warranty repairs. I have over twenty years of experience repairing all makes of sewing machine and sergers. We offer free estimates when you bring your machine in. Many small repairs or tension adjusts can be made when you bring your machine in and at no charge.

What to bring with your machine: Bring ONLY the power cord, foot control, zig-zag foot and a bobbin.  If you have an embroidery machine and you also want the embroidery unit serviced, bring your embroidery foot and 1 hoop. Please leave all other accessories at home.

Repair By Appointment

We offer a repair by appointment, just give us a call at 608-278-4242 and set-up your tune-up on your sewing machine or serger. That way you are not without your machine and can get it back in one week or less. We also can do many small repairs while you wait.

We service most makes of vacuum cleaners. We are an authorized dealer for Miele vacuums.
